Ventura sure does know how to do St. Patricks Day! Every year for St Patricks Day Downtown Ventura shuts down Main St. to put on the best St. Patricks Day Parade! One of my favorite parts of the St Patricks Day Parade is the giant green pig. Last year it popped as it was going down main st and so we got a new giant green pig this year named bacon!
I’ve been spending a lot of time in Downtown Ventura recently. Walking up and down Main St, checking out all the shops and restaurants. We have a lot really cool places here! Lately I’m hooked on Barrelhouse 101! The wings and truffle fries got me! …Not to mention the amazing beer selection! Hmmm, now I’m getting hungry.
Flying down South Seaward in Ventura California with the new DJI Mavic Air! I love this new drone by DJI! The Mavic Air is so small and folds to get even smaller! I have literally put the magic air in my pocket t o bring it places its that small. The quality of the footage both pictures and video is amazing! It’s unreal to see how far drones have come in just the last few years! I will be using the Mavic AIR to shoot all my new listings in Ventura and any events that I film so stay tuned for more epic drone video of Ventura!
Checking out Ventura Pier with my new DJI Mavic Air Drone. The video is gorgeous with 4k and the preset shots are awesome. In this video I used this shot called asteroid. It makes a really cool spinning out effect into a tiny world kind of shot. I love living in Ventura and making videos and taking pictures of all the beautiful things Ventura has to offer is one of my favorite things to do when I’m not working in real estate helping people buy and sell homes. Thanks for watching!
The CAN-Tree wrap up party and it was an honor to be recognized for the marketing videos I’ve made for last few years to help promote CAN-Tree for Food Share of Ventura County. Thank you Monica White and Jennifer Caldwell for letting me be a part of such a great cause. I still can’t believe over 200,000 pounds of food was donated which made 310 CAN-Tress! So awesome!
Risky flight to #SeaTallShips with all the wind today in the Ventura Harbor but, it was totally worth it! Check out the grand arrival into the Ventura Harbor! The Tall Ships will be in the Ventura Harbor from Feb 13th to March 5th 2018 if you’ve never seen them you should come on down to the Ventura Harbor to see the Tall Ships in person! 👏🏻📷🚁

As a real estate agent in Ventura I couldn’t agree more. I’ve always been a salesman; from cell phones and accessories to medical machines I could sell anything but when it came to selling homes I don’t sell them. I always felt it was too big of a purchase to “sell” someone on and so I don’t sell. I help. I help inform my clients of so they can make educated decisions for themselves and you know what? My clients become my friends because of this. So if you or anyone you know is looking for a real estate agent in Ventura to buy or sell a home call me, Mike Love 805-380-5814. “I’d Love to Help!”
Ventura and our residents have been through a lot to say the least this last couple months and there is still a long road ahead. Last week was the Cheers for Charity event held at the San Buenaventura Mission in Downtown Ventura where Kat Merrick from Totally Local VC and Monica White from Food Share of Ventura County spoke about the Thomas fire, the impact it has had and will have in the future and what we can do to help.
